Crow, obviously not wanted to interfere, jumped off of the balcony and landed on a small outcropping on the side of the building, viewing the battle.

The man visibly flinched, but did nothing more. Everyone else, of course, including Jaster, were knocked unconcious. Locke managed to supress it enough to run to where Jaster and Kaina had ran off to. The cloaked man was under pressure, of course, but he struck another combat form and prepared for Kari's attack.

Kari was gone in a blur."Now die human."her voice reverberated off of the crystal making it impossible to tell where she came from.There was a click then came Kari out of the crystal behind him at a speed exceeding any thing else ever imagined.

Her impact met only a cloak...but not the man's. He had apparently thrown another in his place at the last second.
Appearing behind her, he delivered a kick to her side.

She flew back but instead of crashing into the crystal she seemed to disappear into it."There's a reason why I hate humans as well and also a reason for my being here.There are reasons for many things but you shan't know them.They would kill your tiny human brain."she laughed.Another click, she seemed to be standing mere feet away from him, was it real....or an illusion..?

"FOR!!!!" As this is heard, a figure flys through the skylight and crashes into the ballroom. "Dang it! I knew something like that would happen...." Within the dust cloud, a shadowclan, clothed in a black tunic and gloves, gray pants and boots, and armed with a katana at his side, black as the night sky, and his eyes shone amber, with crosses for pupils within the irises, and most strikingly, was his hair, as white as a cloud on a clear, sunny day.((Weird comparison for Degaro...  )) "Where the heck am I?" The shadow looks around and spots a dragoon, appearingly inraged, and a cloaked man. "Strange, I thought you dragoons were supposted to keep a low profile." |

"Why must I keep a low profile....?"she cocked her head to the side.She stepped out of a crystal behind him.Her sword drawn, she quickly attacked him in a lighting fast speed with no signs to tell it before hand.

The shadow uses wind mana to quickly dodge and step away.
"Well, for one, your kind almost extinct, and two, your kind was slaughtered by my race, though I have no idea why they went so far to do it....."
The shadow draws his katana and gets into his stance.
"Well, if you want to fight, en guarde..."

She threw her head back and roared.Kari jumped back and disappeared into the crystal again. No clicks this time.She came relentlessly one attack after another with her sword in a speed faster than light, Disappearing from crystal to crystal.

Hurricane's eyes widened as the shadowclan member dueled against Kari. He hated shadows and was under order from Aeric to dispose of them. Now was a nice time to start.
"Hya!" Hurricane landed a flying drop kick in the shades side, sending him sprawling, and managed to reverse and duck to avoid Kari's sabre.

She landed a few feet away from Hurricane.Kari snapped her fingers and crystal spikes shot out of the crystal chandelier, which was also encased in her crystal, aimed directly for Degaro, with a few after Hurricane as well.She smiled and disappeared back into her crystal casually.

The shadow crumples over from the kick from the man and the attacks from the dragoon.
"Dang it you....I'm trying to help you....."
Degaro raises his free hand and chants.
"Shinga...."
A gale of wind, knock the crystals falling towards him and the man, making them fall to the ground around them, instead of onto or into them.
"Now, would I have done that if I wasn't your ally?"
The shadow stays put, watching the crystals for any movement coming from them.

Hurricane nods.
"That I appreciate. Maybe Aeric was wrong about all of you."
Hurricane slowly turned in a 360, focused on one crystal.
With a yell, he round house kicked it, shattering it into many pieces. Although this would make the fight more difficult, it would allow the guests to escape.
