I've been thinking a bit more, and maybe Excalcigar will be Aeric's last name.

I think I've figured out the "thank-you" thingy I'll have in the front pages of the book, if I can ever publish them someday(I'll probably publish my first book when I'm forty).
And after the title page that appears at the front of each book, I want to have a quote that individually relates to the story. Or... not necessarily a quote, to be honest. I want it to be the lyrics from a choral piece.
I want to use Omnia Sol, Hard Times, The Awakening, When David Heard, and hopefully The Promised Land.
I'll have to decide which ones go best where. Omnia Sol I really see happening in the last book of the 1st Chronicle. Hard Times I see happening in book 7. The Promised Land would appear in Book 5, and When David Heard appears in Book 3.
Oh, and I want to use Earth Song too. That would work for Book 11, the very, VERY last book in the entire series.

I've started to try and make quotes that characters say, each summing up a specific motif I want for every individual book.
I love motif.

The Elemenkish, once just mere little short spellcasting people who looked Asian, now have two major updates:
-They have staffs with feathers at the end, forming a "broom"(it's powered with the Hover Jade, a major stone in the storylines)
-they have giant dog mounts

Haha! Brittany helped me think of this one. Ivan and Ivy's daughter will be named Ivory. She carries Ivan's blonde hair--but since she'll be Theodore's age(around 4-6 years old), her hair will be extreeeeemely bright, almost white. But that's why her name is Ivory, Brittany helped me think of that. :P Thanks, Brittany!
(it'll just make for a few adorable scenes: two young children, Theodore and Ivory, having fun together--and of course, YEARS later when they're adults, they marry. Haha :D)

Hmm... So, the Elemenkish are divided into four different factions. They are classified by eye-color at birth, and it helps determine their ability for learning and performing majii. Obviously, if you hear the number four in relation to magic, elements come to mind, and obviously this has to relate to their eye color then.
Blue is water, duh. Hazel is earth. Green(they have weird green eyes, they look more sea-green) is air. And a claret-brown is representative of fire, though I'd rather use the word "heat" because fire is all too broad.
And to be honest, they'll all probably be reduced to a less-perfunctory idea.

So with this comes their factions, and thus they are classified into a sort of social-clash, though peace exists. A stereotype is given to each classification, titled "Elementalist".

Well, this leads into what each Elementalist faction uses, or better put, is more culturalistic.

I believe the common utensil they all incoorporate to their societies are the typical staves, though better evolved for each society. Some have a cluster of feathers at the end and a hover-jade attached to the rod, making it a device for aerial transportation. (it's basically their version of a broom, only with feathers).
The hover jade is crucial, with the ability to lift and freely suspend whatever object taps its power.
I believe the Elemenkish will also use metal fans to conduct majii. Each fan may have a symbol on it, representing a spell or a direct conjuration. With the idea that they're metal, as well, they are able to sharpen the material and use them not only for majii, but for physical-fighting as well.
The typical chinese paper-umbrella is also utilized, possibly as a shield.
