The wind was harsh and cold as a hooded traveler walked down the snow covered road. The traveler wore a tattered red cape with his a symbol on it; with a white fur collar attached to it. Dressed in a chain mail shirt, a long-sleeve brown shirt underneath the chain mail shirt, wearing long leather brown gloves, chain mail pants, and brown steel-toed boots.
The traveler had a red scarf which covered his head from the harshness of the winter while letting his gray menacing eyes survey the harsh land; and wielded a menacing spear, which was currently in use as a walking staff.
Rudolph Korinus sighed.
"A Paladin's job is never finished..." he muttered to himself, as he kept walking. Rudolph trudged through the snow and cold to reach his destination...a town called Nolea.
The missive the church messenger had brought him, told him that it was being plagued by bandits through the seasons of cold for two winters now. The Archbishop, Paul Norela, had written the letter and signed the letter, indicating the urgency of bringing an end to the winter bandits.
Rudolph narrowed his eyes, as his thoughts brought him to the bandits eventual punishment. He reasoned that such a group of bandits plaguing the town for two winters would never stop if threatened.
Bandits as such, never had any stable job or life outside of the criminal underworld. As he spied the outskirts of Nolea, he sighed, he would have to paint the town of Nolea red with the bandits blood.
