Kadaj Almari came to the ancient pyramid he had been to so many times. He was in the habit of making sure it was properly guarded. Sometimes, he even talked to the guard. As usual, all the entrances were blocked. That was good. He teleported himself inside with magic, something one could only, in this case, if they had been there before. The torches were lit. The traps were set. All seemed well. One final test, he thought. He went up to the tablet, avoiding springing any of the traps. He put his hand to the combination lock and unlocked it. The stone door opened. He waited. No guardian appeared. He snarled. Fool! After making sure the door was closed, he left the pyramid. It's as I suspected.
