Cloud wasn't sure. In fact, he didn't know when he had last eaten. A deep rumble emerged from his stomach. Then Cloud remembered. "I have a couple loaves of bread and a piece of meat," he said. "Why?"

"you should be hungry. And your not eating me." Zeren said, more teasing now, but still not freindly. Walking to his horse he pulled out some travling food. bread soaked through with some kind of suger

Geal's mouth watered when she saw the food. She hadn't eaten anything since last night. To resist the urge to reveal herself, she turned away and ran farther into the woods.
"I'll just wait an hour or so to be sure that they get finished," she thought, forcing herself to ignore her empty stomach.

Zeren smiled at the rustling. Halfing the lofe with a dagger, he walked across the clearing and set it down on a colth, then walked bace to Tifa and Cloud.
"She will like that when she comes back."

"So, Zeren, do you know Kakrikya?" Cloud asked. He wondered what Kakrikya would do if Cloud came back empty-handed. Surely she would just send him on another quest. Or would she?
