It was a beautiful day in the courtyard of Regnoge. The birds were singing the flowers were bloomed to there diffrent hues and the weather was perfect,The sun was shining and not a cloud in the sky. But even thought this day was supposed to be happy and merry,It was a day that would be remembered throughout history. Today was the day of a wedding. The wedding that would leave no ones memory. This wedding was between a man who's golden skin shone as bright as a thousand suns his features were surpasing and beyond compare to any other man. His bride to be taken was a beautiful woman her brown hair shimmered in the light like an array of zircon gems freshly cut to their highest carat. Her skin shone an almost golden brown. The man was to be married to this woman Resan Isicoru was fianally getting maried... to the most beautiful woman he had ever seen Elaina Mancera..
He stood upon a platform that a had a long red carpet streaming down the aile past rows of pews all lined up and packed full of people. Faces filled with excitement and joy. Others had faces of jealousy and distaste. But the children who were sitting in the laps of their parents giggled and bubbled with laughter as Elaina dressed in an elagant white dress that went from her collar to her ankles and a viel of a white clouded her face which was smiling which didnt suprise anyone for this was the happiest moment of her life.
As she walked down the aile another man was acominied at her side holding her arm. It was Elaina's father, wearing almost the same vest and pant Resan was wearing. He glanced towards Resan and gave a friendly nod as did he. Elaina walked upon the platform and smilled at Resan.
A man with a black robe and a white collar walked up between the two and opened a little black book and began to speak.
"We are gathered here today, on this happy and joyous occasion, to join this man and this woman in holy matrimony," The priest shifted his glasses abit upon his nose and started again.
"Marriage is a solemn institution to be held in honor by all, it is the cornerstone of the family and of the community. It requires of those who undertake it a complete and unreserved giving of one's self. It is not to be entered into lightly, as marriage is a sincere and mutual commitment to love one another. This commitment symbolizes the intimate sharing of two lives and still enhances the individuality of each of you,"
The priest looked at Resan
"Resan Isicoru, do you take this woman to be your wedded wife? Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her in sickness and in health, remaining faithful to her as long as you both shall live?"
"I do."
"Elaina Mancera , do you take this man to be your wedded husband? Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him in sickness and in health, remaining faithful to him as long as you both shall live?"
"I do."
"Then, You may kiss the bride.." The priest said solmnley as he closed the black book with a large clap and the lips of Resan and Elaina pressed together.
This was a moment that they would cherish forver...
or so they thought...
