So Cloud made it back to the resteraunt after beating Vincent. He walked in and saw the waiter from last time. "Do you have the money now?" the waiter said. "It's right here," Cloud held up a few coins and put them in the waiter's waiting hands. "Thank you," the waiter said, "but next time, errr, please don't come in without money." Cloud chuckled inwardly. "Right, I'll remember that. I've definitely learned my lesson." Cloud walked out of the restraunt.

Cloud was walking toward the Temple District, where he had heard a lot of thieves hung out. Then, it hit him. Dressed in red. Weird arm. That was him! The one that was in the mountains! Cloud turned around and headed toward the Jail.
