Cloud finally got to the Imperial City. When he went through the gate, he heard a huge, deep rumble. "What could that be?" he asked himself. He heard the growl again. He realized the rumble was coming from him! He looked down at his stomach. He remembered he hadn't had anything to eat in about a day. I have to get some food or I'll starve, Cloud thought. He looked around the bustling Market Place for a place to eat.

Cloud looked and looked for a place to eat and his eyes finally fell on a resteraunt. He ran to the resteraunt and asked to be seated. The waiter was a man in his thirties. He had short,balck hair, a mustache, and he was a little overweight. He wore a red vest, clack pants, a tie, and a black apron. Wide-eyed and amazed, he eyed Cloud's sword. The waiter thought about what Cloud could do to him if the waiter refused. He quickly decided to seat Cloud and he gave him a menu.

Cloud stared at the large menu. He did not know what to order. Everything sounded so good. He finally decided on roasted duck. The waiter, eyeing Cloud's sword again, took the order and walked to the kitchen. Cloud didn't have to wait long to get the roasted duck.

The duck was delicious! Cloud ate it with relish and with deliberation. Finally, when he had finished, the waiter gave him the bill. THE BILL!? Cloud just remembered that he didn't have any money! He offered to wash dishes, work at the resteraunt, anything to pay the bill off. The waiter would only accept money. So Cloud and the waiter worked out a deal.

The waiter told him of the huge arena in the Imperial City. He said that a victor of a battle fought at the arena would recieve a large amount of money, plenty to pay off the bill, with some left over. The deal was that Cloud would go to the arena, win a match, and then, he would return to the resteraunt and pay the debt. So Cloud walked through the City, going to the Arena.

ok i dont play FF either(i did watch FF7 Advent Children movie though; its awesome!!!), but, in a nutshell, Cloud is a lean, skinny guy, that wears a black sleeveless vest, black pants and shoes, he has kinda short, blonde, spiky hair. He wields a sword thats about 7ft long, 2ft wide and 6in thick, he carries it like it weighs two pounds. He has some awesome skills and he isnt a guy who makes a bunch of jokes or laughs alot or anything. Thats pretty much all I can say about him. On OG, at my current level, I can't get a big sword like that, but I'm adopting the personality and image.
