stay here he signed. He cautiously took a few steps towards it. When he was about four paces away he lifted a heavy rock off the ground and tossed it towards the metal obeject, after nothing happened, he looked back at Kearen. not a trap, apparently.

Dire shifted and thrust backwards with his katana, blocking the swipe by the scout's sword, then brought it into an uppercut that deflected off of the armor of the scout, but it knocked him down and Dire finished him.
((What is the shiny thing anyways?))

Dire shifted impatiantly. "We have to find Lan, it may be too late." He found the tracks where the army had been marching through the woods and took off running.
