I have never really gotten into Fire emblem games except the one they had for gameboy. Fire something.
I think it was the path of radience, not sure though, I'm probably wrong.

Path of Radiance is for Gamecube. The only 2 English Fire Emblem games for GBA were Sacred Stones and one simply titled "Fire Emblem".

John: I disagree. Path of Radiance is awesome and its for GC. The graphics are amazing in the cutscenes, considering its the GC The graphics were ugly. The cut scenes were aight, but the actual in game graphics were terrible. They ruined the magic system, and the class progression was broken too. The game was too easy. Once you got Ike leveled up a bit you could solo just about every level with him. Sacred Stones is by far the pinnacle of the series. Let's see...Ike soloing missions, versus Eirika soloing missions...nope, Sacred Stones is nothing. And the graphics for the consoles were excellent. I can't see how you would like GBA graphics over that. -_-

Double Post
First, as to your comment about Eirika, I honestly never used her or Ephraim enough to solo to make them strong enough to solo anything, but I don't doubt that it's possible if you say it is. Radiant Dawn's graphics, as well as Path of Radience's were clunky and ugly, in my humble opinion. Especially considering the game cube supported Resident Evil 4, which was decent, even by today's standards. I will bring up the magic again, since you failed to address the issue. The removal of dark magic not only ruined an established tradition of the series, but also disappointed me as a dark magic fan. I'll continue later, but for now I must be going.

Yeah, I'm going with John here. As a hardcore Sacred Stones player, I was excited to get Radiant Dawn. I played it halfway through and stopped because it was nothing like the other one. Nice battle animations and such, but I found myself tanking with the Black Knight half the time and preserving suckish units in false hopes that I could class change them. Whatever happened to special items to class change? Free roam on the map?
I love the GBA version a lot more than I like the GC / Wii version.

@ John: I may be exaggerating, but Eirika can get pretty dang strong by herself. Once you get to the Tower of Valni, you can train just about anyone to tank all over the place. I won't argue with you on the graphics, since you seem devout on that, but dark magic IS in Radiant Dawn. There's only one player unit that can use it, but a few enemies can use it. @ Link: Sorry you tanked the Black Knight. I class changed everyone that could at least once (except for Meg: I didn't get her. XD). The free roam doesn't bother me, as the Tower of Valni made Sacred Stones a yawn for me. Next, in a game where most people class change automatically, I don't care about class change items. I do it by level-up, unless it's a character I'll never use and just want to use a Master Seal/ Crown for no particular reason.
Finally: Sorry about the double post. XD I wasn't thinking about it.

Ah, the Tower of Valni. It's helped me out so many times.

Speaking of Fire Emblem, for all of you peeps who have a ds, or maybe more I'm not sure, the remake of the first two Fire Emblem games, featuring Marth himself, comes out Febuary 16. So get ready for more Fire Emblem, cause it's gonna ROCK!!!.....I think.....

I imagine it would be like playing a chess game, except with anime-style fantasy warriors as the pieces.

I have it pre-ordered at Game Stop, but I'm not sure about the release date. The guy there told one of my friends they were selling it on the eleventh.

I'm going to wait and see how it is before buying it. Given that it has Marth and is a remake of what, the original Fire Emblem: The Dark Dragon and the Sword of Light, it should be good.
Unless my information is fail.
