The beams stop rotating but the beams continued to hover in midair, giving off a soft hum.
Link looks at Dameus, sighs and asks, "Why is it, everytime we see each other, you're trying to kill me?"

Dameus begins walking towards Link.

Link glares at Dameus.
"Well, we both want someone back, don't we?
"Where's Kari?!" He suddenly snapped ((Without her around, his self control is slipping..lol))
The four beams of the Piledriver moved slightly backwards, but continued to hover ominously.

Dameus does not answer but rather draws out both of the blades again.
"It doesn't matter now, does it? I'll tell you once I get what I want. And for that you must die."
Dameus takes both blades and in a bright flash of twilight they are snapped together into Exxodion.
"Scorn. To the king, immediately."
I will not lea-
"GO!"
With a furious snort of air Scorn leaves Aurum towards the Emperor.
"This is our fight. I don't need strength for this."
Dameus bids Link to summon Aurum away.

Link stares at Dameus for a second, then plays another melody on his Ocarina, and Aurum flies off.
"Where is she!? I've asked you once!" Link brings both rapiers into his hands as they glow with the light of the sun (he really only has one rapier, but can make a copy of it)

Link's eyes narrowed, and he violently thrust his rapier into the ground, the blade going in almost halfway.

Dameus slightly grabs the piece of cloth binding his left eye. Slightly pulling up, he hesitates. Maybe he shouldn't do this...This was to painful for one man to bear... Besides, what would Dameus warp?
...
Dameus lets go of his grip on the cloth, returning his hand back to Vexxaccus.

Link's hand moved further down the hilt of the rapier, and, without warning, the half-buried blade sent a shockwave through the ground that almost knocked Dameus over. Link then pulled the blade out with ease and struck Dameus on the left shoulder, sending Dameus skidding backwards for about four or five feet. Link then dropped to the ground and kicked his feet out from under him with a round-house, then summoned both rapiers and slashed downwards at Dameus.
((You've really ticked him off, lol))

Dameus brings back his legs and kicks Link square in the gut, sending him about ten feet away. Jumping up almost at Links full speed((because go figure Dameus is still a roguelord under his armor)) and snaps his fingers. The ground holding the library begins to crumble, not under the library though. Forming enormous spires, Dameus once again snaps his fingers and they begin randomly spinning throughout the air. Now this was a true battlefield to fight upon. Dameus hopes between spires, using the rings shadow powers, cloaks himself in twilight just as Link cloaks himself in light.
Zipping through spires, Dameus takes out the gooey substance.

Link seems to blur, and suddenly the pillar under Dameus exlodes, hit by a beam from the Piledriver. Link then appears behind him, kicking him in the back, straight toward another glowing beam that was perparing to fire.
