[arrucard]

arrucard lept for the man but instead of having his dagger peirce through the soft human flesh he found him self dangling iin the air the man had grabbed him by the throat and started to squeeze.

[Psy]

[[ Haven't said if it was a man or not. ]]

"Darn stupid boy," it growled," Run along now."

He disarmed Arrucard by twisting his wrist roughly, causing the boy to drop the dagger, and, using his other hand, produced a shockwave - enough to cause Arrucard to fly backwards two dozen meters before he finally hit a half-crumbled wall. It made a point that it didn't require Arrucard in particularly good condition for what he had intended.

Shay lept out of a hole in the wall. That wvyvern had serious problems, Torrent wasent like that at all.Ahh well. She looked up just in time to see the person( or what ever you choose to be) throw Arrucard around. Great she thought.
"Uuhm 'scuse me." She said." We half to go now so by!" SHe grabbed Arrucard and dashed away.

((huh?)) ((that did not seem to uh...heroic....))
arrucard groaned as he was dragged away from the commotion.

[Psy]

"I don't think so."

In an instant, out of thin air, the same cloaked figure stepped out in front of the fleeing Shay, a shortsword in one hand.

"I only intended to keep one of you alive."

Shay halted and grumbled. "No really, we need to go." She said, "If you want we can finsh whatever agument you two where having later, but for now, we" She indicated herself and Arrucard" need to go." The blinded wyvren was starting to back out the ruined building. She still had one of her long daggers in her hand, incace she needed it, but she really dident feel like it.

[Psy]

[[ Erm... The town is completely burned to the ground and everyone's dead. ]]

"It's not between us," irritation made the words short & cut off," But you two have become more than a troublesome pair. If I... removed one of you, though."

arrucard got to his feat a bit groggy from the fying through the wall thing. arrucard spat out a tooth onto the ground "well...." arrucard smilled his dagger was drawn "If you have to "remove" her your going to have to go through me first."

You are a big idiot Shay thought as she backed up slightly. Now would be a good time for Storm to show up

[Psy]

"Done easily enough," it snapped, the blade of his shortsword metamorphosizing & changing into what looked to be a long dagger," But since you volunteered, I'd be obliged to eliminate you first."

Nothing seemed to have happened, but for an instant, the blade in his hand flickered. For a moment it was not there, and then it was again. Another blade appeared mere inches behind Arrucard, and at such a speed that they would not have had enough time to react.

Shay, expecting somthing like this, tackled Arrucard out of the way. The dagger cut through her short ponytail. "Well," Shay said "I've been wanting a haircut, but not that short." She said with a costomary grinn

"oi!" yelled arrucard as he got up from the ground "do not interfear shay!" shouted arrucard "This time I will fight....and if I die so be it.... its beter than losing you" said arrucard with a grin he grabbed his dagger once more it glowed white hot. little sparks of light came off the dagger. " you see?" said arrucard pointing at the "thing" "I am no mere human you can push around! I will defeat you no matter what it takes!" and arrucard ran towards the "thing"
his dagger blazed white and he leaped into the air prepared to end anothers life.

[Psy]

"Amatuers," it grunted.

Using one gloved hand, it gripped the bared blade of the dagger, impervious to it's bite, and wrenched it out of Arrucard's hands. A foot came up, and the metal tipped edge caught the boy in the stomach, and then, flipping the dagger around, he sent the weapon flying towards Arrucard.

[[ That is assuming nothing goes wrong. ]]

arrucard was slammed into a wall as his dagger was flying towards him and peirced through his chest making him slump down the wall leaving a trail of blood were he once stood.

[Psy]

"Like a flea. Now, although this wasn't the plan, I suppose I'll have to get rid of the girl as well."

It moved to take a step towards Shay, but stopped suddenly mid-step, and twirled around suddenly. Out of nowhere, a twin of the figure stood, facial figures masked by a hood, and a massive greatsword in it's sheath.

"I thought I'd find you where the path of destruction led me."
"I would prefer you'd not use such harsh words."
"They are not harsh enough for what you've done."
"I would like to think that you of all people would think kinder of me, but I suppose that hope was not well founded."

Then, both heads turned towards the two. As if on cue, they resumed speaking in a foreign language.
