master chief is a stupid idea, the may allow third party characters, but exclusively third party characters just wouldnt work, they'd have to pay bungie more to use him than they'd make off of sales

he's too mature, too (sorta) realistic, it would never work with all the cartoony non-bleeding characters

I knew this guy who absolutly owned as jigglypuff. He used the down-b move after floating above you for about half an hour. As soon as he hit you, you were dead. It was kinda' cheep that he used that move over and over again, but it worked.

isnt the down-b move rest? i know rest can do a lot of damage, but it doesnt seem like you could use it exclusively

He would get right above you and use rest. It generally either knocked you completly off of the stage, or it damaged you so much that one other move would send you flying.
