samus is okay, but link not only the best smash character, but arguably the greatest character IN VIDEO GAME HISTORY!!!! how does samus compare?? SHE DOESNT!!!!11!!! samus has nothing

well its quite important, since watching it i have realized that solid snake is a perfectly worthy addition to brawl, mostly because he has one of the coolest final smashes

Samus has a higher range than Link, and I have never seen Link do more damage than Samus.  Not to mention the fact that whenever my brother faces me, he never wins, even if he plays as Link or Young Link. (2 of his best characters. ) I like Link A LOT, but I like Samus better. Unfortunately, I have never had the chance to play any of the Metroid Prime games, though I have played *counts* at least 5 of the Zelda games, and they have become some of my favorite games. In other words, Link is pownage, but not so much as Samus when it comes to da Smash Bros.  |

When it comes to the swordmen in brawl, the best final smashes are Marth's one hit kill ;D and Link/Toon Link's Triforce smash ....since they alway hit the opponent out with their final strike....mostly....  |

In Melee, Marth was argueable the best character. In Brawl, who knows..

Same here. I'm going to probably focus on Samus (primarily), Meta Knight (secondarily, if not as much as Samus), and maybe Marth and Link. I win a fair bit of the time with Link and Marth, but Samus is the only one I can face lvl. 9 computers with and expect to win.
