As the trio of Mathelar, Quol and Mokkie entered the inn, to rest for the night, a 40 year old man who was seated in nearby table, he raised his head and made eye contact with Mathelar, and then lowered his head as Mathelar neared the table and sat down looking at the man.
"Your probably wondering who I am...Let's say im on your side" the man said without looking at him, "What's your name" asked Mathelar, "My names not important, what's important, is that you should know something" the man said.

"And what is it that i should know?" asked the hybrid, "Well, for starters, you should know that your a pawn for a much bigger plan" said the man, "A Pawn?" asked Mathelar, "To who?" he asked. "I don't know, but I fear that if you continue being a pawn, you may have to sacrifice your life" the stranger said, "My life?" asked Mathelar a little disbelieving, "Yes, and that this plan, spans to the entire land" said the man standing up.
"I'll be there when you need my help" he said before leaving, as he left the inn, he went to a dark alley and two figures appeared besides him, "Well?" asked one of the figures, "I told him, but this is really a drastic move, don't you think Eedgray?" asked the man as Eedgray came forward to the man, "It is necessary, if they catch him, and use him for their plans, it's all over" he said as the other figure came forward, it was pure black werewolf, "Don't worry, I'm with him in his mindscape...If something should come to pass with him, I'll do what i have to and kill him" the werewolf said as the trio dissapeared.

"Who was that man, Mathelar?" asked Quol as he entered the room they rented, "Yeah Wolfie" said Mokkie as Mathelar twitched in anger at the nickname she made for him, he shook his head, "just a crazy man, probably a 'seer'" he said as he sat down on his bed, which the room had three.
"Could you guys kind of get out, so i can undress?" asked Mokkie as both guys nodded and left the room, "So who was he really?" asked Quol as Mathelar chuckled, "You really know me good...Well i didn't get his name but the guy told me that I am a pawn to much bigger plan, I just don't know who" he said as he looked at Quol. "Relax, were here to check on werewolf lore, and that's it...If i hear something from that man from the Earthmother, i'll tell you" said Quol as Mokkie opened the door signifying they could go to bed.

Morning had come, and the trio was prepared for the coming danger they would probably face in the mountains, and probably in the library some hell bent librarian, either way they were prepared as they left the Inn, and Bruma all together to the mountains.
