Arrucard took the bark having anything that would help his pain would suffice"thanks..." said arrucard chewing on the bark he couldnt taste anything so it was probably a good thing too for the bark had a very unpleasent taste arrucard remebered "What...happened ....to me?" asked arrucard

"Well it looked like you got shot." Shay said, holding up the arrow. "Aren't we glad it wasn't poisoned or something." Shay smiled "You'll have a temporary scar there though." She wasn't going to say anything about the other scars though it wasn't her business.

Shay helped him sit up. "this is a time where i love my illusions." She smiled and packed thier things. "You think you can try walking?' She asked him.

"yeah..Of course i can." arrucardtried standing up pain shot through him but he held his ground "see..?Just fine" said arrucard wincing at his pain,arrucard tried stepping every step was like walking on iron spikes. arrucard leaned against a wall "its okay....Im fine..."

Nenuphar crept in the shadows, watching the two humans as his cat ears perked up and the silver marking running down his back shimmered brighter with his curiosity. These were more humans like in the last town...and yet they were different. One appeared to be female and the other male. The male was wounded (obviously by the female) but wasn't acting very bitter. Why? Was he trying to prove himself? Did he want the female to hurt him? Then again, why would he? Nenuphar's experience with creatures lead him to believe that none of them liked pain. Were there exceptions? He padded softly closer.

Shay threw her arm around Arrucard, supporting him. Her illusion cloked them both. "Try putting all your weight on the foot oppisit of where you hurt." She said. They made thire way down to the stables. Shay sat him down on a bale of hay, then saddle thier horses. "I'm glad it's dark"
