Xi walked over and placed her hand under the snake's jaw. She talked to it in a low voice and scratched its jaw. The snake slowly started to slide to Xi's shoulders and Xi crouched down. one arm pointing up so the snake could climb down amd the other touching the floor. she remained there for a few moments after the snake was on the floor then stood up. She gave a weak smile when she saw kelsiey staring at her

i sighed in releif after xi got the python off me,i smiled looking at her then sat down

"well, ive never seen anyone do anything like that before." Kelsiey said, with a smile. she got the glass back out and in a few moer simple steps had a glass vace in one hand "so where are you both headed next?"

"Yes, i need to look at my book agian." Xi said. Kelsiey knodded and blinked
"Well, in that case good luck and good fate to you. Hopefully now those people will stop bothering me now that the pendnts in your hands, no ill luck wished on you of course."
