Would this allow me to edit them somehow?

Go through that, pick out a couple sprite sheets and go onto paint. Then, edit the sprites on the sprite sheets until the sprites are how you want, including magic effects, then(to make it easier for me(optional)) you put rectangles around the individual sprites, other than magic effects, and place the sprites in what order you want them in, upload it, and pm me it or post it, either one, don't care. There you have it.
