speaking of mods does anyone know what a mod chip is exactly? i knew a guy with an awesome xbox with all sorts of not xbox things on it and he said it was cause of a mod chip and huge hardrive...

Yes. You load the cheats onto the chip and put it in place of some chip and it puts it on your hard drive and AMAZIFIES it

what I want is a mod that will let me create a goblin army to invade cyrodil. At least two thousnd goblins. I mean, wouldn't that be awesome?
Of course, they wouldn't attack you, but like cant you just imagine a huge battle in imperial city between goblins and the imperial guard?

it wouldnt work to well, there are citizens of the imperial city who are un-killable, so certain people would just get knocked out, then wake back up and start killing goblins
