Arora shrugged and unstrung her bow and replaced the arrow in her quiver "My name is Arora." she said turning to walk the marked passageways out.

Kirian followed, a few steps behind. Another rat scurried underfoot, but he ignored it, and doused his candle. There was no point in using it now. Walking noiselessly, Kirian followed Arora to the exit. Arora. He'd never been good with names, but Kirian would attempt to commit this one to memory.
"You say you were raised by wolves. How did that come about?" he asked, tasting fresh air.

"i'm not really sure." Arora said. "my adopted grandfather told me i was proably abandoned and the wolves found me and took me in. i can still communicate with them. They still live in the forest around the house. Big fluffy gaurd dogs." she said smiling at the thought

Kirian almost snorted but restrained himself. Fluffy indeed. "I know a werewolf who will be interested to know of the clan, if she doesn't already. Where is this house?" Kirian didn't want her to have time to ask questions. He didn't like questions, they usually led to him killing someone.

"I never said they were. But my friend likes to meet wolves in general, she finds their company calming, for some reason." Kirian didn't like wolves. "I assure you, my friend will not harm your family." So some of them had been killed. Yet, Arora didn't seem saddened at the thought, or maybe she was stranger than he thought.

"Interesting life," Kirian commented quietly, walking behind her with his hands in the pockets of his cloak. "I have yet left my own horse far behind, but I'll be looking in to getting another one. How much are your...mounts?"

"That depends on what you want it for." Arora said "Are you looking for a sprinter or one that runs fast? a race horse or one for show?" She shrugged "just depends on what you want."

Kirian looked thoughtful. "I need a sturdy horse, that can go longer than most horses and isn't going to spook and ditch me. Althought I'm sure most of your horses are loyal," he said after a beat. "In specific, a trail horse that can still run good speeds and such."

"Alright." He paused before adding, "Don't worry, I don't er...eat horses. Period. It's like...you eating your best friend or something." He shrugged.

"That would be weird, a vampier horse." Arora said "but i'm glad you think that. Some people are so crule to horses."

"Biting something doesn't make them a vampire. Nor does killing them by biting. There's a ritual," he explained. "It's hard to explain. I would have to show you, and I don't think you'd want that." He chuckled darkly.
